.ON JULY 31ST photos of a Russian Mi-8 transport chopper, crashed as well as burning, began flowing on social media. That by itself was not unusual: Ukrainian powers have rejected credit ratings of choppers because the Russian intrusion started. So much more astonishing was the claim in the Ukrainian press that this chopper had been actually downed by a small drone. A video recording discharged by the country's armies a couple of times later on seemed to be to offer credence to that insurance claim: the video (view below) shows a drone attacking another Russian aircraft, this time around an Mi-28 strike helicopter, supposedly requiring it to create an emergency touchdown. Were these blessed favorites-- or even indicators of a discovery in aerial war?
